1. Do you have any stores in my area?

-Yes, we have a store in Turkey.

2. Can I order online and get my items shipped to me?

-Absolutely, simply add all the items you want to order from our website to your shopping cart and click on your cart to check out. 

3. Do you deliver outside of the Turkiye? 

-Yes, we deliver worldwide.


4. Will I be charged customs duties?

-Sometimes there are customs fees on orders sent to delivery destinations. We kindly ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about such tax or duty charges.


5. How can I pay for the goods?

-We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal as well as, American Express and Discover through PayPal or Stripe or Shopay.


7. Can you gift wrap my order?

-Yes, we can make a gift package for you. You should add your cart before placing your order.


8. How do I track my order?

-When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has been received as well as a further email with the tracking information you need to be able to see where your delivery is. If you need any help with this feel free to contact us.


9. Do you sell gift vouchers?

-Yes, You need to contact us and then send a special link via email, you can buy the gift voucher we accept on our website. Gift cards are sent electronically by e-mail after purchase. They can then be printed, saved or forwarded as a gift.


10. What if I don’t like the products I ordered?

-You can return the product you don't like. We recommend that you check the return conditions before returning.
